Information on Murcia
 The Costa Calida is a 155 mile stretch of Spanish coast situated in the south east between the Costa Blanca and the Costa Almeria and offers a promising real estate market to property purchasers seeking a home in the sun. The Costa Calida (translated Warm Coast) enjoys around 315 days of sunshine a year which continues to attract real estate purchasers to the area for both investment and home ownership. During winter minimum temperatures never stoop below 12-14°C and summer enjoys comfortable heat at an average of 20-22°C.
Even today, despite its excellent weather, delightful beaches and unspoilt countryside, Spain’s Costa Calida is surprisingly untouched by large-scale tourism and property development. One reason for this is that until recently the area has not been easily accessible. However with the completion of the A7/A37 motorway extending from Alicante to Murcia and more regular flights between Murcia (San Javier) airport and the rest of Europe, the Costa Calida is gaining popularity amongst property purchasers and holidaymakers alike. Property values are rising quickly and investors are beginning to see some healthy, above average returns on investment in many areas.
Due to current low prices and some very tempting properties available, the Costa Calida is currently offering excellent investment growth potential.
