Spain - Us Investors

Many American investors overlook the potential of an intelligent property investment in Spain.

The distance puts many off and lack of knowledge in the subject also has an adverse effect. However, the tide is turning and US investors are now seeing the possibilities available by investing in Spanish property and a market offering such reliable and rapid growth potential with the added bonus of having excellent rental attraction to visitors from the rest of Europe due to its ability to offer high quality, low cost holidays. Add to this the low-season demand for golfing accommodation from European golfers who flock to Spain to use its huge selection of world class golf courses in far milder weather than possible at home and its easy to see why Spain is a sound investment.

IPIN Global locates intelligent investment opportunities and then offers these to its members (currently FREE to join).

Many investors look to secure a Spanish Property with a low deposit and take part in the guaranteed rental scheme. This limits financial exposure to a minimum and allows the property to appreciate in value over the duration of the guaranteed rental period. The investor then looks to either sell this property at its current market value towards the end of the rental scheme or, longer term investors continue to rent and allow the property to continue to appreciate. Other investment strategies involve the investor utilising the re-assignable feature in the contract and seek to sell the property prior to completion and benefit from the standard price increases during the various construction phases of the development.
