Savvy investors 'should look to inland Spain'

Investors in Spanish property are being urged to look inland to find the best hotspots.

According to website Easier Property, Spain is still the top choice for overseas buyers, but the coasts have become overcrowded and overbuilt.

Investors must therefore look to inland regions, such as Jerez and the surrounding countryside, for a "different and more upmarket Spain", the website said.

Situated just 20 minutes from Jerez is Arcos Gardens ? one of Spain's lowest build-density developments in the whole of Andalucia.

"With property prices almost trebling in the Jerez area in the past five years and a shortage of good detached villas in the region, the new Arcos Gardens project looks set to satisfy the needs of the property-hunter who is looking for top-quality houses," stated Easier.

Arcos Gardens is a luxury golfing community, with hotel, golf spa and therapy centre, equestrian centre and residences.
