Golfing properties in Spain 'are a good investment'

Investing in a golf property in Spain is a "fantastic" option, thanks to the country's great climate and cheap flights, according to an online estate agent.
RightmoveOverseas has said that overseas golf properties are becoming increasingly popular with investors as they offer good rental yields and can be used throughout the year.
With 32 championship courses, the Costa del Sol in Spain is the most popular golf property investment location, but RightmoveOverseas explains there are similar golf facilities across much of the Spanish Costas.
"Spain offers the perfect golfing conditions and some amazing courses and views," said Justin Figgins, head of RightmoveOverseas.
"Investors look at golf properties as highly rentable due to the appeal to a cross section of holiday makers all year round."
Last week, County Homesearch Company said that Spain still represents a good long-term investment, especially when it comes to the rental market, despite concerns that excessive supply has prompted a price correction.
