As such, there are lucrative buy-to-let opportunities to be had, due to be bolstered by the arrival of Formula One next year. It is thought the new circuit could offer similar appeal to Monaco, raising the international profile of the Spanish city.

"We are starting to see foreign buyers, mainly professionals, who would have previously looked in Barcelona, finding something similar in Valencia for half the price," he explained to the Telegraph.
