Spain recommended to property buyers

Overseas property investors have been advised to consider purchasing a house in the Spanish city of Huelva.

The news that an international airport is to be created in Huelva has triggered lots of interest among prospective buyers, as it means it is likely to see a considerable increase in visitor numbers when the facility is up and running.

This has raised expectations that Huelva's property market could also be set to see a period of high growth, as its improved accessibility could make it much more desirable to second home buyers and property investors.

Commenting on the likelihood of house price growth in the region, Homes Worldwide said: "Buy now while the prices are low and watch your investment grow over the next few years."

Huelva was also highlighted as a good investment option by the Foreign Property Buyer website, which predicted that tourist numbers in the area will rise "dramatically".
