Spain's popularity is 'unsurprising'

Spain is still an ideal location for investors looking at purchasing property abroad, it has been stated.

According to UK-based property developer Taylor Woodrow, the result of a recent survey by A Place in the Sun Magazine - which found that the country is still the most popular destination for Britons looking to buy overseas - is unsurprising.

"Where else can you enjoy a beautiful balmy climate, stunning beaches and scenery, affordable property and all for just a short low cost flight from the UK?" managing director of Taylor Woodrow de Espana Victor Sague stated.

He added that the recent negative publicity surrounding price crashes in the country has seemingly not deterred buyers, who continue to "vote with their feet".

Investors who are considering buying Spanish property have been urged to choose the time to do so wisely to avoid losing money on their purchase by Paul Bradley of the Spanish Property Owners Guild.
