A Spanish property agent has said there are still a number of good buyer opportunities in the country.
In an interview with the Liverpool Echo, Ken Walker of First Class Mallorca stated that the island is a location where prices are still on the up.
He noted that there is plenty of glamour and shopping to enjoy on Mallorca, but also a lot of rugged inland scenery for those who prefer some tranquillity.
For scenery he said the Costa Blanca is very good, although the best place for this is Calpe, which lies close to Benidorm and is easily accessible from Valencia and Alicante airports.
Another part of Spain recently recommended to buyers is the Costa la Luz.
Fred Mawer of the Daily Telegraph stated that it has a very low British presence and so should appeal to those who prefer not to go to anglicised areas with "tacky" cafes.
