Commercial Description
“Restaurant Tamisa” is a very warm and personal family business close to the centre of the village of Mijas. The international kitchen specialises in fish and meat dishes as well as in home made desserts. In summertime they have an extended menu with meat dishes for the big BBQ. Inside the restaurant there is a capacity for approx. 60 people and outside on the beautiful terrace there are tables and chairs to seat a further 50 people. As well as the main restaurant and outside space there are storage and preperation areas to the side and on the first floor
The Business has many years of experience in the organisation of weddings, anniversaries, business events and a lot more,the Restaurant has built up a enviable reputation with regular local clientele as well as the tourists from around the world.
During the day they offer “menu del dia” with typical home made food of the area, there is also a wide variety of international dishes to suit all tastes.
The current lease runs to July 2015 at a very reasonable 1600 euros per month - A full inventory is available upon request which includes a negotiable Peugeot 307 vehicle.
