There are bars, shops and restaurants only a short walk away with many more envisaged in the future. The area is still developing so the properties have yet to realise their full capital potential. The building works are being done gradually so as not to disrupt the property dwellers already there. There are plans for a 5 star hotel and shopping mall which is due to be built alongside the new golf course.
The golf course has 9 holes already opened, with the final 9 to be opened at the end of 2011; there is also sports centre, which has paddle tennis courts, crown bowling, 5 a side football pitches (still to be opened).
