Getting There

From Malaga International Airport, we take the A7 motorway to the exit for Benalmadena. Following the road down the hill towards the coast, we pass through the quaint whitewashed village of Benalmadena Pueblo, to arrive at the "Benal Vista" development - a total journey of around 15 minutes.

Location Information

"The Pueblo", as it is known to residents, offers everyting we enjoy about the Spain of yesteryear, along with modern services and amenities, creating a uniquely harmonious location. The village has a selection of friendly bars, exquisite restaurants, shops, banks, schools and a medical centre.

The village church - popular for weddings - sits atop a hill and is reached by a glass elevator. Also of interest to visitors is the "Reptile Castle" and nearby Bhuddist Temple - visited by the Dalai Lama himself.

Beach lovers are only 10 minutes from the nearest sandy cove of the coast, whilst the bustling towns of Fuengirola and Arroyo de la Miel are within easy reach.

The Property

The master bedroom has an interesting design, with two large windows both to the north and to the south of the property. This adds plenty of natural light. The south facing window leads to a very private terrace, solely accessible from the master bedroom, with its own spectacular views.

Architecturally, the main staircase is an interesting feature. Spanning 3 floors, the exterior wall with coloured glass blocks creates almost a stained-glass-window effect.
Extra wardobe and loft space can be created by modifying the layout of the stairway, if required.
