Many home buyers in Spain look at Fincas as a renovation project and build in the renovation costs to their purchase budget. CortijosA Cortijo is a Spanish Home located in a rural setting, however the difference between a Finca and Cortijo is sometimes difficult to spot. Generally, a Cortijo is a more upmarket Property usually offering stables or similar extras.
