throughout Spain in both rural towns and along the coast. Spanish townhouses are usually built on two or more floors and are more spacious than an apartment. Most come with a small garden or patio area and lend themselves to families with animals.
In rural areas, Spanish townhouses are usually near the centre of villages, lining the small roads that lead into the village.
In coastal areas they are often found in urbanizations or small communities, where, in most cases, they have the added benefit of shared facilities such as community swimming pools, landscaped gardens, shops, restaurants etc.
There is a huge selection of available Spanish townhouses. The newer ones offer a variety of design types and styles with African and Middle Eastern influences sitting alongside the more traditional Spanish and European styles.
Like all property in Spain, prices are driven by location, views offered, build specifications and the facilities within the urbanization or village. +
