Overseas property buyers may find locations used in James Bond films good markets to consider, according to a newspaper.
The Telegraph stated that many places which have been visited by the legendary British spy area now attracting lots of attention from second home buyers.
For example, areas such as Phuket in Thailand are becoming increasingly popular with investors who are looking at the top-end of the market.
This area was immortalised in 1974's The Man With the Golden Gun, which starred Roger Moore in the lead role.
In fact, one of the mountainous islands in Phuket has become so closely associated with the movie that it is now widely referred to as James Bond Island.
The Telegraph remarked. "Locations that were considered exotically remote while Bond was causing mayhem in them now read like a list of emerging overseas hotspots."
