House/Villa Description
Villaguna is a resort located on Koh Yao Noi an island off the east coast of Phuket.
In a few years there will be thirty-three villas, with a choice of one to four bedrooms and a private pool.
The largest villa is called Diva - don't ask me why.
The design is a little messy.
On the ground floor, there is a living room with a small kitchen. Why they didn't design the living room directly onto the pool is beyond me - who wants to negotiate stepping stones and a garden to get to the pool.
The master bedroom is conversely right next to the pool, so everyone can see in while they are swimming or relaxing on the Thai sala.
Fortunately, there is a mini bar next to the pool.
The upper floor has two bedrooms each with a bathroom and balcony.
There is also a huge waste of space on the upper floor, which is called a sala with a bar - it's really another living room - though I have no idea why.
The one saving grace of this villa is that it has great views over Phang Nga Bay and is within a few minutes of the restaurants and bars at the resort.
As it is not yet built, maybe you could get it re-designed.
