Our property is situated on the Gulf of Siam in Hua hin, a medium size regional town, approximately 220 kilometres south of Bangok. Hua hin is renowned for its long, picturesque stretches of coast line and excellent beaches. It is the premium Thai golf location and boasts of many world class golf courses which are well patronized by Thais and Europeans alike. The king frequently resides in his summer palace which was built there in 1928. It is known as Klai Langwon Palace ( Far From Worries).Besides having an old world charm, Hua Hin has many new five star hotels, innumerable restaurants serving a wide range of Thai and international foods, and a great variety of shops and local markets. Other attractions range from caves and waterfalls , walks through fabulous national parks, bicycle riding ,elephant rides and fun with monkeys on a nearby mountain. Further leisure activities include many watersports, and short day trips to islands near by where snorkelling and fishing are popular.
Our three bedroomed villa easily accommodates 6 people, with a fourth bedroom currently being used as a TV room downstairs.. There are three large bedrooms upstairs all with ensuite bathrooms, and one bathroom downstairs. The house measures about 2800 square metres in total, including the utility and storage area under the house. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel oven, hob top, firghe and has plenty of cupboard space. All rooms have airconditioners. The outdoor area and the sala are easily accessed from the dining area, and the sala is equpiied with an outdoor fan and electricity. The 8 x 4 metre sunken pool and jaccuzi are close to the sala and is surrounded by tropical plants. The plot 418m plot is easily maintainable without being too small for plenty of native vegetation
The living and dining area is huge and gives a light and spacious ambience to entrance of the house. The furniture is locally made and of the highest quality. The oriental cabinets scattered about are sturdy, one being made of solid teak. The lounge or settee plus single chair are of woven leather.
The villa is within easy reach of many of Hua Hin’s golf courses and approximately 10 minutes drive to the shopping area and supermakets in the centre of the town. Nearby are local rural markets and 7 Eleven stores which are useful for fruit and vegetables and smaller items.
The villa is located in a secure gated community which has its own communal pool, a mini mart cum home restaurant and a well equipped gym. The compound is exceptionally well maintained with landscaped gardens, elegant street lighting and a 24 hour security guard at the entrance.
Hua Hin can be accessed by taxi from Bangkok or it has its own airport approximately 5 minutes from the villa. Aircraft operate daily. A railway line direct to Bangkok also passes though the town every day.
