The Tropical Beach Rental Program

The Tropical Beach Rental Program offers three alternative rental options, designed to suit the preferences of individual owners.

Rental Program - Option 1

Designed for owners wishing to maximize their rental return.
Owners receive a guaranteed 7% rental return for three years, calculated on the purchase price of the property.
Owners can utilize their property for their own personal use for a maximum of four weeks per calendar year during low season.
Owners notify their periods of personal use on an annual basis. At shorter notice, requests are subject to availability, and will be met where-ever possible.
Owners may transfer their unused weeks to friends or family members.
Rental returns are paid to owners twice annually.
An approved furniture pack is required.
At the end of the three year rental guarantee period, owners can continue to benefit from a rental return with the resort¡¦s standard rental program.

Rental Program - Option 2

Designed for owners looking for a secure rental return whilst also wishing for personal use of their property during high season.
Owners receive 5% rental return for three years, calculated on the purchase price of the property.
Owners can utilize their property for their own personal use for a maximum of six weeks per calendar year, of which 2 weeks can be during the high season.
Owners notify their periods of personal use on an annual basis. At shorter notice, requests are subject to availability, and will be met where-ever possible.
Owners may transfer their unused weeks to friends or family members.
Rental returns are paid to owners twice annually.
An approved furniture pack is required.
At the end of the three year rental guarantee period, owners can continue to benefit from a rental return through the resort¡¦s standard rental program.

Standard Rental Program - Option 3

This versatile option is designed for owners looking for total flexibility, with no restrictions on personal use of their property, whilst still offering the advantage of a rental income.
Owners are free to utilize their property during any period and for an unlimited amount of time each year, with the property being made available for rental at any other times.
Owners return is based on their individual property or on a pool of similar properties.
Owners notify the periods they wish to make their property available for rental on an annual basis. Changes are possible at any time according to availability.
Owners receive 65% of the gross rental income. The resort management receives 35% of the gross rental income for the management and administration of the program and property maintenance and servicing.
Rental returns are paid to owners twice annually.
An approved furniture pack is required.
