$1000 reservation fee - fully refundable
25% on signing after 30 days due diligence
25% December 2011
50% mortgages over 5 years at 7% or 10 years at 10%

Rental Return
The studio rental returns are conservatively forecast at 12% net based on just 50% occupancy (the developer forecasts 60% occupancy)
Management Fee

The tenure of these properties is leasehold (90 years) with a share of freehold and there are no encumbrances for foreign buyers
Completion
Lanna will be completed in March 2012
