Sai Taan (or Banyan and Palm Tree in Thai), is a development of garden villas, offering complete privacy for the individual villa owner. The standard Sai Taan villa contains 247.1 sq m (2,718 sq ft) of built in living space, with 3 bedrooms, including a magnificent master suite, with pitched ceiling. All bedrooms have en suite facilities.
There is an option to add a fourth bedroom by way of a fully self contained Garden Suite, bringing the total covered living space to 282.1 sq m or 3,103 sq ft. This extra room is especially suitable for those long staying guests!
A huge central living area of approx 64.8 sq m (648 sq ft), compromising breakfast bar, dining room, and living room with pitched ceiling, overlooks the terrace, pool and gardens. The concertina glass doors running the length of this area, give directly onto the pool terrace, and when opened create that special tropical ambience for entertaining.
Servants’ quarters, laundry & wet kitchen are provided.
The architect has specified the villas on one level to ensure complete privacy.
