Turkish property seekers may be boosted by news that Monarch Airline is launching extra services to the country from the UK.
The cities of Bodrum, Dalaman and Antalya will be receiving extra flights from May 2010, with new journeys plus additions to existing ones.
Property buyers flying from Luton will now get two planes a week to Dalaman and the same number to Bodrum, having had none previously.
Other new routes include Birmingham to Dalaman three times a week and two services from Manchester to Antalya.
The number of existing journeys to Dalaman and Bodrum from Gatwick and Manchester will be increased.
Noting the rise in demand for flights to the country, director of Monarch Flights and Holidays Liz Savage said: "Turkey offers fantastic value for money with holidaymakers and overseas property owners."
Investor magazine Quest Turkey recently suggested the low exchange rate between the pound and the Turkish lire was helping encourage Britons to come to the country and stay in buy-to-let accommodation instead of eurozone destinations.
