The group said a two-bedroom apartment in Bodrum can be purchased for about £64,000, while a further £220,000 and £20,000 will snap up a villa in Dalaman and a studio in Altinkum respectively.
These three properties, which are all located close to the coast, are collectively worth the same amount as one flat in the British capital.
A Place in the Sun Live commented: "Rather than stretch their finances to afford this kind of property, Londoners can get more for their hard-earned money abroad."
This comes after Business Week stated that property values in Turkey are also much cheaper than those in other Mediterranean locations such as Spain or Italy.
