Turkey has been tipped as a good place to invest in ski properties, despite its reputation for sunshine and beaches.
Property investment magazine BuyAssociation noted the fact that the country has snow-covered mountains, which are easily reached from the coast and have property available at low prices.
One example given is where an afternoon of skiing can be had on Tahtali in the afternoon - the venue having been reached by cable car - after a morning by the sea.
The magazine also stated that in the Kemer area a villa can be purchased for around £55,000.
Such figures may attract those keen on investing in ski property who want to grab a bargain.
Britons who prefer Turkey's coast may wish to buy in Bodrum, which has continued to boom, according to developer Horizon Sky.
It is in the process of building 600 units in a new construction project and 400 of them have already been bought.
