The developers are a split between English and Turkish. One of the English developers has 23 years experience in the house building industry. Firstly as a bricklayer, working his way to site manager for some of Britain's biggest and best known house builders. In 2004, he was given the prestigious Quality Award by the National House Building Council (N.H.B.C.) putting him in the top 2% of British Site Managers.
All villas are freehold properties.
There will be a service charge of 550 EURO per year which pays for 24 hour security, pool and garden maintenance - all managed by the developer.

An initial Reservation Fee of £500 will be required to reserve a plot for 10 days. If travel is planned, this can be extended to 28 days, at which time €4,000 will be required as a deposit.
