This villa occupies a quiet spot on the hill just above Kalkan town, it is a gentle 8 minute walk into the town with it's restaurants, bars and the town beach; the villa has an elevated position so that it's views are uninterrupted and there is 'green' park land in front of the house which ensures that the sea views will never be obstructed.

Also in the utility room there is a Bosch washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The curved staircase leads up to three en-suite bedrooms; there is hall at the top of the stairs and a further flight of stairs leading up to the roof terrace which enjoys spectacular views of the bay and Mediterranean Sea.

The master bedroom has glass shelved niches, walk in wardrobe, recessed fire place, balcony and a fully tiled en-suite bathroom which has a large bath where you can sit and look straight out to the sea. The bathroom also has a sink, recessed mirror and toilet.  There is a king size bed, a comfy Ottoman chair and, wooden floor. large balcony with sea view equipped with table and chairs. The second bedroom also has a king size bed, wooden floors, fitted wardrobes, side tables, lamps, large wicker chest, it also enjoys an en-suite bathroom  with a large shower cubicle, toilet and sink, this bedroom has it's own balcony with table and chairs ideal for relaxing.

The third bedroom has two twin beds, a fitted wardrobe, wooden floors, side table, lamp and pictures with an en-suite fully tiled wet room which also has a large shower cubicle. There is a balcony to side of this room with a lovely sea view.

This property needs to be seen to appreciate its full beauty and position in the town. Many properties that come on the market in Kalkan need a car or a pair of good walking boots to get around, however this one is really central but still very tranquil and quiet.
