Water sports activity centre and restaurants on the beach in front of the cottage and there are Shops where you can buy food, souvenirs and other items all of which are within easy walking distance.

You can use the swimming pool and have a Turkish bath and massage at the nearby hotel which is located just up the path near the cottage.

Side is a historic town with Roman ruins, an outdoor theatre and lots of wonderful shops and restaurants; Kumkoy itself is a fantastic shopping town just a short walk from the cottage.
