Developers are buying up “The World” in Dubai

Nakheel, the Dubai developer, has reportedly sold 70 percent of The World, the dramatic collection of 300 islands off the coast. “This year’s and the previous year’s invitation quota were taken up and have all been sold,” Nakheel managing director Hamza Mustafa told the National newspaper.
