The Executive Towers are being built in the Dubai Business Bay, which is located on Dubai's Sheikh Zayed Road next to Burj Dubai Downtown. The AED 2.5 billion (US$ 681 million) development will be situated next to Vision Tower and was designed by WS Atkins & Partners, DAR Consult.

The Executive Towers will be built during the first phase of the Business Bay's development and will consist of 10 high-rise freehold residential towers, one commercial tower, one luxury hotel tower, and a two-level shopping mall. The residential towers are labelled from A to M, with 28 to 52 storeys. They will contain studio, 1, 2, 3, 4 bedroom, duplexes, penthouses, terrace and garden apartments from 700 to 6,157 square feet (65 to 572 square meters).

Amenities at The Business Bay Executive Towers will include a plaza level (courtyard), swimming pools, jogging track, clinics, health clubs, children's playgrounds, fountain yards, gardens, and covered walkways.
