10 year payment term
Financing is available up to70 percent of the cost of the unit. Terms and Conditions are subject to change
Instalments will be quarterly. Rate of interest will be 1.5% per month
Pre-approved financing is only available on the balance of the monies due under the standard payment options.
Payment will commence two months from the second instalment due date. In the event the completion date is revised, payment of the pre-approved financing will continue as per payment schedule within the Sale & Purchase Agreement.
To qualify for pre-approved financing the applicant must 21 years or over.
