The developer will provide pre-approved financing on the following basis:

Financial
• 10 year payment term
• Financing is available up to70 percent of the cost of the unit. Terms and Conditions are subject to change
• Instalments will be quarterly. Rate of interest will be 1.5% per month
• Pre-approved financing is only available on the balance of the monies due under the standard payment options.
• Payment will commence two months from the second instalment due date. In the event the completion date is revised, payment of the pre-approved financing will continue as per payment schedule within the Sale & Purchase Agreement.
• To qualify for pre-approved financing the applicant must 21 years or over.
