How do I reserve a property?
To reserve a property a $2,000 refundable deposit has to be sent to the attorneys clients account. Then the attorney will send you a limited durable power of attorney, this will nominate him to represent and protect you in the purchase of your property. The process is designed so that anyone from any part of the world can purchase a property in Florida and feel assured that they are legally protected during the purchase.
Is my $2,000 deposit refundable?
If we cannot find the property that suits your needs or you are not happy with our service, we will return your deposit to you immediately upon request.
If you agree to purchase a property then are not happy with the survey and do not wish to proceed, you will have your deposit returned to you - less the cost of the survey, which is about $350, all sales are subject to the client accepting the survey.
Buying Costs and Fees
Our fees, which include all buying expenses are $5,000-00 per property - THIS INCLUDES ALL BUYING EXPENSES, LEGAL FEES, SURVEY COSTS AND ALL EXTRA CLOSING COSTS IMPOSED BY THE BANK, YOU WILL NOT PAY A CENT MORE.
