Then the attorney will send you a limited durable power of attorney, this will nominate him to represent and protect you in the purchase of your property. Is my $2,000 deposit refundable?
If we cannot find the property that suits your needs or you are not happy with our service, we will return your deposit to you immediately upon request.
If you agree to purchase a property then are not happy with the survey and do not wish to proceed, you will have your deposit returned to you - less the cost of the survey, which is about $350, all sales are subject to the client accepting the survey.
