The Management Company we recommend will rent out your apartment for you and will look after the maintenance. ¨Also we will help the buyer of the home with advising them where to place their home to advertise a little themselves and if they can pick up 10 weeks a year (which only means 5 bookings at 2 weeks each) then they will do quite well if we are achieving 30 weeks on top of that figure.
