The Management Company we recommend will rent out your apartment for you and will look after the maintenance. They can however, certainly supply you with many rental clients and we have always found them to be extremely reliable in their forecasts. Please see below an extract from a communication between ourselves and the Management Company.
¨Also we will help the buyer of the home with advising them where to place their home to advertise a little themselves and if they can pick up 10 weeks a year (which only means 5 bookings at 2 weeks each) then they will do quite well if we are achieving 30 weeks on top of that figure. We should be able to generate 30 to 32 weeks if the market is ok and even more in some instances.
