Florida property to be auctioned online

An online auction of property in Florida will take place from today until the end of March.

The event, which is being run by Rowell Realty & Auction Co, will see 48 Florida properties being sold from all over the state, including location such as Daytona Beach, Pensacola, Port St. Lucie, Palm Coast and Tallahassee.

Buyers will also be able to choose from a wide range of homes, the company stated, noting that these vary from small family accommodation to large country estates.

Property seekers keen to buy in the US may find the auction to be a good opportunity to pick up a bargain.

Florida has been a state in which price have fallen significantly, partly because it has been hit by a high rate of foreclosures.

"Prices have reached rock bottom," agency network manager at international property firm Savills International Joanna Leverett told the Times recently.
