Florida property auctions to be held

Two property auctions will be held in Florida in early April, it has been announced.

Real estate auctioneer Zeatabid has announced that there will be a sale of central Florida property held in Orlando on April 2nd, with southern Florida homes going under the hammer in Miami two days later.

These will be available from prices varying between USD5,000 and USD102,000 (GBP71,000).

Commenting on the properties, which vary from condominiums to family homes, company chairman Bob Bellack stated: "Zetabid's auctions are outstanding opportunities for investors, as well as first-time home buyers and trade-up buyers, to pick up terrific bargains."

Such an opportunity may interest those thinking of investing in property in the USA.

Orlando itself has seen a rise in sales recently, the Orlando Regional Realtor Association has revealed.

The body's figures show that the total of homes sold in February this year was 28.1 per cent higher than the same month in 2008.
