An old country house with plot of land situated in the outskirts of a big village 60 km away from the City of Vratsa, Bulgaria. The house has one floor with corridor, kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. There is also a small porch in front and a basement beneath. The summer kitchen is situated next to the house. It consists of dining room, kitchen and another bathroom. The plot of land is 1300 sq.m. - nice and flat.
