FREE GUIDE INCLUDEDTop 10 Tips for Buying Property
An old rural house with plot of land situated in a quiet village near forest and hills 30 km away from Vratsa, Bulgaria. The house has one floor and consists of corridor, kitchen, living room and one bedroom. There is also a basement beneath the house. Next to the main building is the barn which was initially intended as a second house but was never used for that purpose. Instead it always served as storage area with three premises – one room on the ground floor and two other rooms on the second floor. Further in the yard one can find several other small farm buildings. The property had been empty for almost a decade and as it is visible on the photos time took its toll on the place. Despite that the main building can be completely renovated and the rest of the existing buildings can be used as construction material for the erection of solid wall around the property, to build a garage or something else. The plot of land is relatively small – just 350 sq.m. but if cleared well it provides enough space for a nice and tidy garden filled with flowers and a great BBQ area. The property has access from two streets one of which is the main street of the village. The house is situated about 100-150 meters away from the center of the village where one can find a small grocery store, cafe-bar, small chapel, the local post office. The nearest town is about 10 km away and offers regular rail transport to the capital city and the regional center. That town also has a small hospital, primary school, several shops, hardware and construction material store, cafe-bars, restaurant, gas station, vehicle repair station, etc. Cheap old property waiting for its new owners.
