Solid country house with garage and plot of land situated in a lively village 20 km away from Vratsa, Bulgaria. The house has three floors. The ground floor has lobby, kitchen, corridor, living room and bathroom. Over the solid internal staircase one can go to the second floor where two bedrooms and terrace are located. There are also many DIY and furniture stores, tools and hardware shops, gas stations and car service stations, kindergartens, primary and secondary schools, general hospital, dental services, etc. The city also provides transport links to other big cities and the capital city Sofia. The road between Vratsa and this village is part of an international road so it is kept in good condition. Great property with lots of potential at a good price.
