Albena is a famous sea resort (especially among Russian tourists) that offers a lovely clean & sandy beach stretching up to about 5 km in length. The resort combines sports and recreational facilities along with night clubs, bars, taverns and native folk-style restaurants. The small coastal town of Balchik is another place not far away from here that is worth visiting. This picturesque traditional fishing town has many top quality restaurants serving freshly caught fish and of course traditional food and Bulgarian wine. Take a walk along the promenade and soak up the wonderful atmosphere. A must visit place here is the old palace. This place once used to be a royal summer residence. The garden and parks of the palace have a unique collection of plants from all over the world. Balchik is one of the best places over the Bulgarian Black sea coast for those who want to spend a quiet romantic evening. Visitors can enjoy some nice music along with a great selection of wine, sea food and the lovely sunset from one of the restaurants overlooking the marina. There is also a small water park on the esplanade which is ideal for kids. Sea fishing is possible in the harbor and at night during the summer one can enjoy walking along the marina filled with plenty of shops. One of the most famous golf courses in Europe - Thracian Cliffs is situated not far away from the town. It has amazing views of the Black Sea and cliff tops and was designed by famous golf players. Not far away from here is also the Cape of Kaliakra – a place with wonderful views. While relaxing over a drink or meal at the restaurant overlooking the sea you may be lucky to get a glimpse at the dolphins. The cape was also the site of an ancient fortress with some of the remains still in place. There are also some artefacts displayed in the museum in the near town of Kavarna. This town is a fast developing sea resort with rich history dating back to the ancient times. Kavarna is famous for it's summer music festivals gathering lots of tourists from the country and abroad. All these wonderful places are situated about roughly one hour drive away from the apartment`s location. Nice and spacious flat with lots of amenities and superb location at a good price awaiting its new owners.
