Country house with plot of land situated in a village 60 km away from the City of Burgas, Bulgaria. The house has two floors. The ground level consists of corridor, living room and kitchen. Over external staircase one can go to the second floor where corridor and three spacious bedrooms are situated. The house is built from stones and bricks and a renovation was done couple of years ago (unfortunately not in the best of ways so some areas like the roof and the ceilings will need work). The floors are covered with wood and decorative stones, the walls are painted with latex. All windows and door frames are made of wood. The house comes with a 1900 sq.m. plot of land which has some fruit trees, fresh water well and small storage buildings in it. The property has an existing septic tank which can be used. The road to the house is covered with gravel and makes the place accessible through the whole year. The village where this property is situated is nice and quiet. It has cafe-bar, small grocery store, post office, regular bus transport, etc. The area around the village is agricultural and there is no industry within miles so this is the perfect area for those who are seeking a lot of relaxing peace and quiet accompanied by clean, fresh air and conditions for cycling, hunting, camping. The biggest city in the area – Burgas is just 60 km away from here. Burgas is one of the biggest and most modern cities in Bulgaria. It offers a great variety of restaurants, bars, discos, shops, theaters, libraries, schools, general hospital and dental services, many historical landmarks and sites of interest to the tourists. Burgas offers direct railway and bus connections to the capital city Sofia as well as to all coastal resorts and towns on the Black sea coast of Bulgaria. The city has busy international airport that serves both domestic and foreign flights on a daily basis. With the completion of the highway between Burgas, Sofia and Plovdiv several years ago the time to travel from the property to the seaside or to the second biggest city in Bulgaria – Plovdiv become just a little bit over one hour. Great property with lots of potential at a low price.
