The yard has an area of little bit more than 1300 sq.m. and is divided in several smaller sections which served different purposes such as driveway, dog yard, fresh water well site, garden, storage area, orchard. The orchard is at the backyard while the driveway, storage area and fresh water well are located around the front side of the house. At the back of the house one can find an old house which is derelict but can be restored. It is supplied with electricity and can make a great guest house but only after some substantial work and funds invested in it. The property is located about 100 meters away from the center of the village where one can find bus stop, cafe-bar, two shops. The village is just a couple of kilometers away from a small town where one can find primary schools, kindergartens, local hospital, dental services, library, cinema, disco, several restaurants, bars and coffee shops, a variety of shops and stores as well as direct transport links to the capital city Sofia and the seaside. Solid property with nice location and lots of potential.
