FREE GUIDE INCLUDEDTop 10 Tips for Buying Property
Old country house with spacious plot of land situated in a village near forest and hills 30 km away from Vratsa, Bulgaria. The house is situated in a quiet area in the village about 10 minutes away from the center (by foot). The structure has two floors. The ground floor has lobby, corridor, kitchen, bathroom and living room. Over the solid internal staircase made of stone one can go to the second floor where two big bedrooms, one smaller bedroom and a terrace can be found. There are also two spacious basements beneath the house. The property has a big, solid barn located not far away from the main building. The place had been empty for many years which led to its current state. The heirs of the old owners are living far away from the area and they do not have the time to travel to the property and maintain it in a proper manner. This led to its current state where it needs a good cleanup on the inside and some renovation/reconstruction work. The plot of land also needs attention as in the moment it is overgrown. Despite this it provides a huge amount of space which can be used for a variety of purposes. There are many fruit trees in it such as walnut trees, plum, apple and pear trees, vineyard, etc. In the past the old owners used to grow tons of fruits and vegetables from this plot and have had even installed their own irrigation system by using the public water supply, a small river passing not far away from the property and the two fresh water wells in the yard. The village where this house is situated is very quiet. With the lack of any industry within miles from here, the area is great for those who seek a quiet life in the countryside away from all of the problems common for the big cities like noise, traffic jams, pollution, high crime rate, crowds, etc. With some time and money invested in it, this property can be turned into a great rural retreat. The nearest town is about 5 km away from here. There one can find grocery stores, gas station, car service station, construction material shop, small library, etc. That town is also the municipal center for the area. It also has direct train links with the capital city Sofia, the regional center – Vratsa and with many other parts of the country. Cheap countryside property with lots of land and potential awaiting for new buyers.
