Renovated country house with plot of land situated in a village near forest and hills 20 km away from Vratsa, Bulgaria and 100 km from Sofia. The property is attached to another building as visible on the photos. It has two floors. There are corridor, living room, kitchen and bathroom downstairs while the upper level has two bedrooms, corridor and terrace. The yard that comes with the house is around 500 sq.m. The second section of the house is also for sale and has the same structure. The only difference is that there is a small annex next door which makes the plot of land smaller than the current one. The house for sale had been completely renovated. It received new double-glazed windows and doors made of PVC, the roof was redone as well as all floors. Now the floors are covered with stone and terracotta tiles, the internal stairs leading to the second floor are completely made of stone and all the walls and ceilings are plastered and painted. The property is located in the center of the village just across the street from bus stop and meters away from grocery store and cafe-bar. There is another cafe-bar about 150 meters away. The village where this property is located is relatively small and quiet. It is surrounded by hills, fields and forest. The distance to the nearest town is about 6 km. There one can find a variety of shops – food shops, general stores, car repair stations, gas stations, hospital, primary and secondary schools, kindergartens, dental services, etc. That town is the local municipality center so it also provides the necessary administrative services. It is a transport junction as well thus providing bus and train connections to Sofia which is about 90 minutes away. Just 3 km outside the village one can enjoy fishing at a small lake surrounded by great landscape. The whole area provides lots of peace and quiet. Renovated property with lots of potential and great location.
