Old rural house with spacious plot of land situated in a quiet village near river 25 km away from Vratsa, Bulgaria. The house has two floors. The ground level holds corridor, big basement and another premise. The second floor consists of terrace, corridor, living room and two bedrooms. Next to the house one can find an old barn which can be used as source of materials or can be rebuilt and turned into different type of structure. The property had been abandoned for several years now and requires a good cleanup and renovation in order to become a nice rural retreat. Nevertheless the place has certain potential in it. The main building has strong foundations made of stone blocks and concrete. The plot of land that comes with the house is quite spacious – about 1900 sq.m. It holds several nice and big pear trees in it along with small vineyard, some apple trees and lots of open space. The yard is a bit overgrown at the moment so it will require a good cleanup but after this it will provide great views towards distant mountain and forest. The property is about 150 meters away from the center of the village where the local post office, mayor`s office and small shop are situated. 200 meters away from here passes a nice river thus providing great conditions for fishing and camping. The village is small and quiet. It is just 5 km outside of a small town which hosts the local council administration office. That town also has a train station providing regular services to the regional capital Vratsa, the national capital city Sofia and many other places across Bulgaria. In the town one can find several grocery stores, coffee shops, bars, restaurant, hardware store, construction material shop, gas station, emergency room and dental services, kindergarten, school, etc. Cheap old property with lots of potential and nice location waiting for its new owners.
