Old country house with spacious plot of land located in a village near river and hills 25 km away from Vratsa, Bulgaria. The property is located in a quiet side street about 200 meters away from the center of the village. It consists of an old two level house, spacious garden and a barn. The house holds corridor, kitchen, living room, bathroom and basement on the ground floor. The upper level consists of three bedrooms, corridor and terrace. The barn is located further inside the yard and currently is in very bad shape. It can become a source of construction materials for strengthening the fence of the property or for the construction of a nice authentic style BBQ area. The barn has strong foundations made of stone so these can be used as building spot for a spacious garage. The property had been abandoned for some time and now requires renovation. That town is the headquarters of the local council so administrative services are provided here. There are also hospital, local police station, fire station, dental services, primary and secondary schools, kindergartens, library, cinema, several coffee shops and bars, restaurants, grocery stores, construction material stores, gas stations, car service stations, gym, etc. Just a few kilometers away from the village passes one of the biggest rivers in Bulgaria thus providing nice conditions for fishing and camping. The area is also suitable for cycling and hunting. In about 10 km distance one can enjoy the beauty of an old monastery with great picnic sites around it or go rock climbing. An old rural property with lots of potential in a picturesque area.
