Country house with garage, barn and plot of land situated in a quiet village in the countryside 40 km away from Vratsa, Bulgaria. The house has two floors. The ground level consists of lobby, corridor, kitchen, living room, storage room and bathroom. Over the internal stairs, made of solid stone blocks, one can go to the second floor where three bedrooms and corridor are situated. The garage is located at the back of the building not far away from the barn. Both of these are solid buildings made of steel, bricks and concrete. The garage can hold one vehicle and has some small amenities which can be used for the repairs or inspection of vehicles. At the back of the garage one can find a storage area enclosed between that building and the barn. The latter offers two spacious premises which used to provide shelter for small animals and storage for hay bales, wheat and corn. The yard offers a medium-sized plot of land which is a bit overgrown with bushes now but if cleared there will be enough room for a nice garden with lots of flowers, gazebo and BBQ. A couple of kilometers away one can go fishing or camping near the banks of a river or enjoy the meals at the restaurant in the neighboring village. The latter also offers a construction material store, small market, regular bus transport, several café-bars. The village where the property is located is about 35-40 km away from two big cities which have general hospitals, primary and secondary schools, lots of shops and entertainment possibilities. An old rural property with lots of potential at a great price.
