Old rural house with plot of land located in a lively village 55 km away from Vratsa, Bulgaria. The house has one floor with spacious living room, kitchen and bedroom. There is also a basement underneath the house. The living room is quite spacious and can be transformed into separate living room and corridor. The house has two small annex attached to it. The one on the left side holds two premises intended for a bathroom and laundry room though they were never fully completed. The other annex which is attached to the right side of the house comprises of small storage room and living room. The garden has a square shape and provides space for the construction of additional buildings as well as for gardening. The property is connected to the public waterlines but it also has its own water source – a fresh water well which can be used to water the garden, fill a swimming pool, etc. The house is situated in a quiet area about 150 meters away from the center of the village. About half the distance is the local chapel. In the center of the village one can find several shops and café-bars, the local post office, the mayor`s office, the bus stop. An important international road passes through the village going all the way to the banks of the Danube river and the border with Romania. The surrounding area is nice and quiet. It represents a mixture of wide open fields, small forests and hills. A river passes not far away from the village providing nice spots for fishing. The area is very popular among foreigners with several people already living here and many others having purchased a property.
