Old country house with plot of land located in a quiet area surrounded by hills and forest 6 km away from small town, railway station and big river. The property is located in the outskirts of a village 40 km away from Vratsa, Bulgaria. It consists of main building (house), annex (summer kitchen) and a couple of small farm and storage buildings. All of this comes with a 1500 sq.m. plot of land. The house has two floors. The ground level is used as basement and storage area while the upper floor holds living room, kitchen and bedroom. Next to the house is the annex which holds one spacious room - living room with kitchenette used also as bedroom on rare occasions. The forest and fields in the area are a great place for outdoor activities such as hunting, cycling, collecting herbs, mushrooms and fruits or just walking around and exploring. Artists and those who are keen on photography will fall in love with the surrounding area as it offers great locations for their hobby.
