Old country house with plot of land located in a lively village near river and international road 80 km away from Sofia, Bulgaria. The house is situated on the main street of the village just 100 meters away from café-bar, shop and bus stop. The property consists of main building with two floors, annex and small garden. The house has two levels connected via external staircase attached to the side of the building. The ground floor holds lobby, spacious living room, kitchen and another small premise used as storage. That second road was completely redone last year and is in great condition offering unique views as it passes through the gorge of the Iskar river – one of the most beautiful and spectacular places in Bulgaria. The nearest gas station is about 1 km away from the village and the distance to the local council center is just about 5 km. The regional center is 20 km away and can be reached within 15 minutes drive. In both of these places one can find rail and bus connections, various shops, administrative services, medical assistance, dental services, service stations, primary and secondary schools, kindergartens, etc. An old property with nice views and great potential at a good price waiting for new owners.
