Old country house with plot of land and great panoramic views situated 20 km away from Vratsa, Bulgaria. The house has two floors. The ground level consists of corridor, living room, kitchen, premise for bathroom and small closet. Over the internal staircase one can go to the second floor where spacious corridor, bedroom and large double-size living room are situated. Above the second floor is the attic which can be converted into a nice & big storage area. The house has two entrances for each floor. Within 25 km from here one can visit plenty of interesting places and sites such as historical monuments, the ruins of an old fortress, big cave, the gorge of one of the biggest rivers in Bulgaria, a ski track up in the mountains, natural park, cliffs suitable for climbing, two monasteries and much more.
