Property situated in relatively big village near the town of Nikopol, Pleven Region. The village has very strategic position, being at 15 kilometers away from the Danube River and the Bulgarian- Romanian border, and also on the shortest way from Romania through Veliko Turnovo and the Balkan Mountain to Greece and Turkey.
