Property situated in a peaceful village near Veliko Tarnovo city. The village is only about 5 min drive from the municipality’s centre – the town of Polski Trambesh. There are other British people in the village, some of them living permanently there. There are several food shops, pubs, restaurants, post office, municipality building, etc. - everything needed for the day-to-day life.
The property is towards the end of the village and it comprises of a plot of 800 sq. m. of land, brick built house in reasonable condition and few outbuildings.
